This is the first restaurant i've tried here in Carson and i can say Blue Lotus is one of the best restaurant here in Carson, the vietnamese rolls is a must try.

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in Los Angeles. Everything is superb, and the prices are unbelievably low for the quality. I'm just so lucky to live somewhat close to it. :)

This place is amazing. Great food, quick service & fair prices. Even if u get a combo plate make sure to order a cup of broth. Only .50c for a small or a dollar for a big one. The broth is killer. Korean Short Ribs & Calamari are awesome too. Lucky it's close to us but I'd drive an hour if I had to. It's that good. Seriously

I live in San Jose and came here for the weekend so I have high expectations. Here's a brief summary. Service was excellent. The food was delicious and full of flavor. I ordered #4. Pho with rare steak, beef, and tendon. The broth was amazing. I normally hardly ever finish my noodles but this time I murdered it. #RIP If I ever come back here, I would definitely visit again.

I was craving some Vietnamese food and this place came up on Yelp so I decided to give it a try. I ordered some calamari and it was so bomb. The moment I took a bite I felt squid ward was apart of me. The customer service is on point, I felt so taken care of. Anyways back to the food, it took me to Vietnam and back in a span of the first bite till I was full . Y'all people should try a place like this doe

Love the soup here. Always getting the house special. The taste is different than any other Vietnamese soup, and the serving is very generous. The price is very affordable too. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The food was great and they gave a big portion :) The service was just as awesome everything was quick and one of the waitresses that wasnt even serving us came to ask if everything was okay and if we meeded anything else  great experience thanks! Btw...dont smell the fish sauce haha

Ask for water. They will not serve water unless you ask as they are conserving as much water from the current drought in California. Bless their hearts. For starters, I usually get the spring rolls with shrimp and pork. I love the peanut sauce it comes with. The pho is so flavorful and great for when you have a cold or when you're just craving it. I like the seafood pho. I also highly recommend the cold vermicelli with shrimp, the grilled beef, and egg roll. It's so filling but leans a little more on the healthier side. They fill the bowl with salad and veggies underneath the vermicelli. It comes with a side of sauce - I wanna say it's fish sauce but it has a taste of vinegar and spice as well so I'm not too sure. The iced coffee with condensed milk is like a drug. It's so good but very, very strong. Try the 3 flavor bean with coconut milk for dessert. It's light and a nice way to clean your palate at the end. It's also good for sharing. Servers seem mad sometimes but try not to take that personally as they are very prompt and good at tending to your needs.

The worst thing bout this restaurant was deciding what to order, as there were so many things to choose from. I ended up ordering a noodle dish, which was very good. My companions each ordered a salad, one with barbecue chicken, the other with pork. I don't remember the names of the dishes, but they tell me they come here...
